Watching Bobby Brooks Wilson, a truly dynamic entertainer, is a sheer delight. His creativity and high-energy performance is magnificent, as he glides easily through his five-octave range in an outstanding tribute to Jackie Wilson. Moving through Wilson favorites like "Lonely Teardrops", "Baby, Workout," and "To Be Loved", he takes the audience "Higher and Higher" through his joyous celebration of the legendary super Rhythm and Blues star.

A native of South Carolina, and retired Navy Veteran, Bobby considers Hawaii, where he worked with Waikiki's most foremost 1950's act "The Love Notes", home. While touring internationally with his own one-man show, he met soulful Michael Bolton. Bolton, impressed with Bobby, said of his tribute, "Your look and sound of Jackie Wilson is hypnotic." A virtuoso musician and singer, Bobby plays both guitar and piano. He studied Media Production and Electronic Systems at U.S.C. before he began his career as a performer. Additionally, Bobby is a recognized songwriter whose original songs are used by Columbia Records to promote new artists.

Legends In Concert producers first spotted Bobby in a Doo-Woop show, they originally encouraged him to portray Stevie Wonder but he quickly added the role of Jackie Wilson. Since then, he’s truly come into his own on the Legends’ stage, and will leave any fan of Jackie’s wildly impressed.
