Mitch Adams’ re-creation of legendary Elton John rocks with outrageous fun in the award-winning live tribute show Legends in Concert.  Audiences love the delicious way Adams embraces the humor in such songs as “Crocodile Rock” while capturing the true music genius of the man who brought us hits like “Your Song,”  “Candle in the Wind” and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight.”

Born into a show business family, Adams was destined to be on the stage.  He performed his first piano recital at age six with an original composition. Impersonating Elton John or realizing his strong resemblance to the famous English Rocker never occurred to Adams during the ten years he spent in Salt Lake City playing piano and fronting his own band.

When he signed on as stage manager for Legends in Concert, the opportunity presented itself to do a tribute to Elton John.  Since then, Adams has been performing his tribute to Elton both in Las Vegas and internationally.
 
“I love impersonating Elton John,” Adams admits.  “He is free to do what he enjoys.  In this, we are much alike.  To me, the essence of entertaining is doing what you enjoy and being appreciated for it.”  Adams bathes in that appreciation as audiences respond with accolades during and after the show, both nationally and internationally.
